Kenmore Avenue, a six-unit, fully gut-renovated luxury apartment building in Chicago's prestigious Lincoln Park neighborhood. The transaction, which represents a new benchmark for boutique multifamily assets in the area, was executed by Matthew Fritzshall and Harrison Cohen, who represented both the buyer and the seller.
