Matthew Buckingham

Matthew Buckingham joined Triton Realty Group after selling real estate for approximately a decade and has gained extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland market.

Matthew focuses on apartment and mixed-use building sales on the north and west sides of Chicago, with particular depth in Bucktown, Wicker Park, and West Town. He has built strong relationships with owners across these neighborhoods and continues to grow his book of business by staying in regular contact with the people who own and operate buildings there.

His finance background shapes how he approaches every deal. Matthew is comfortable working through the numbers with clients, whether that means pricing a building for sale, evaluating a potential acquisition, or helping an owner decide on the right time to sell. At Triton, he works alongside the firm’s principals on both client dispositions and acquisition opportunities, connecting owners and buyers on deals that fit their goals.

Matthew has called Chicago home for more than a decade.
